The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest for the ‘Kosova e Re’ project was Friday 26 February 2010. The Ministry of Energy and Mining is pleased to announce that six (6) Expressions of Interest have been submitted prior to the deadline.
These submissions will be assessed by the Transaction Advisors and Legal Advisors against the pre-qualification criteria and a recommendation will be provided to the ‘Kosova e Re’ Project Steering Committee of those companies that should be short-listed for progression to the next stage of the transaction.
A press release will be provided identifying the successful short-listed companies and consortia following the decision of the PSC which is currently scheduled to meet on Thursday 4 March 2010.
